نسل ِ نو کی تعلیم وتربیت ہمیشہ والدین مکرم، اساتذہ کرام اورمثالی تعلیمی اداروں کی ذمہ داری رہی ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ دنیا میں ترقی یافتہ اقوام تعلیم کوہمیشہ اولیں ترجیح دیتی ہیں۔ ملکِ پاکستان کے تعلیمی نظام کوجدیددنیاسے ہم آہنگ کرنے کےلئے ریاست،ماہرینِ تعلیم اورمعاشرے کومل کرایک موثر حکمت عملی تیار کرنے کی ضرورت ہے
گورنمنٹ کریجویٹ کالج سیٹلائیٹ ٹاؤن راولپنڈی کے اساتذہ کرام اورمنتظمین بھی فروغِ تعلیم کا اہم فریضہ جاں فشانی سے سرانجام دے رہے ہیں۔طلبأ وطالبات کی خوابیدہ صلاحیتوں کومثبت اندازمیں اجاگرکرنااورانہیں ملک وقوم کی ترقی میں فعال کرداراداکرنے کے قابل بناناہمارے کالج کانصب العین ہے۔ ہم اس عزم سے اس میدان میں اترے ہیں کہ معاشرے کوتعلیم یافتہ بنائیں گے، نوجوانوں کومشرقی تہذیب کی روشن اورشائستہ اقدارسے روشناس کرائیں گے اوراس ادارے کوراولپنڈی شہر کاایک بہترین اورمثالی تعلیمی ادارہ بنائیں گے۔
اس مقصد کی تکمیل کے لئےہمارے معاشرے کے سنجیدہ طرزِفکر کے حامل، علم دوست اورمحب وطن والدین کاتعاون درکارہے۔
اللہ کریم سےدعاہے کہ وہ اس ادارے میں زیرتعلیم طلبأ طالبات کوکامیابی سے ہمکنار کرے۔ادارے کے نظم وضبط کوقائم رکھنے اوراپنے اساتذہ کرام سے اکتسابِ فیض کرنے کی توفیق عطافرمائے۔

About Us
Institute History
In 1957, Government established this educational institution as an intermediate college. Dr. Pir Muhammad Hassan was appointed as First Principal.
In 1974 the College was raised to the status of degree institute.
In 1997-1998 M.Sc Physics classes were started in the college.
In 2020, BS (4-years program) was approved by the Govt. of the Punjab and classes were started in four programs (BS Chemistry, Mathematics, Chemistry and Urdu) with affiliation of University of the Punjab, Lahore.
In 2021, further four BS programs in English, Statistics, Computer Science and Islamic Studies were also approved.
In 2025, BS Economics program approved by PU also started.
The College building reflects modern style of architecture. The vast building has 7 blocks equipped with lecture theaters, lecture rooms, science laboratories, and library along with an admin block, a hostel and a Mosque.
The beautiful landscape also has a number of green lawns and vast play grounds for Cricket, Football/Football, Volleyball, Badminton and Basketball.
It was great honour for the college when during the 15 session of M.Sc Physics, 100% result was secured and a female student secured 1s position in the Punjab University.
During later sessions, students consistently secured good positions in the Punjab University. Excellent results intermediate and M.Sc helped the college to win best college certificate by the Government.
